- 3 cups of oats
- 1/2 cups chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 oil
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Lightly grease baking sheet.
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Mix in honey, oil and vanilla. Stir well.
- Spread out on cookie sheet in a thin layer.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
- Enjoy!
