Homemade Granola Recipe

Ingredients:  
  • 3 cups of oats
  • 1/2 cups chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 oil
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.  Lightly grease baking sheet.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients.
  3. Mix in honey, oil and vanilla.  Stir well.
  4. Spread out on cookie sheet in a thin layer.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. 
  6. Allow to cool before serving.  
  7. Enjoy!
